Who should book a 30 or 60 minute session?

In a 30 minute session the majority of basic injuries, especially those involving an extremity (ie. knee, ankle, elbow, wrist or hand) can be assessed and a treatment plan can be made.

For those situations where a more chronic injury is being assessed, or the injury includes spinal segments as well, a 60 minute appointment is recommended. We recognize that a 60 minute appointment is a greater financial burden, however, in order to complete the assessment and perform and generate a treatment plan, this is sometimes the more productive commitment for the initial visit. Follow-up care can usually be managed in 30 minute treatment sessions.

Form Physiotherapy's fees are $70 for 30 minutes and $140 for 60 minutes, payable by cash or cheque. Receipts suitable for submission to extended health care benefit plans will be issued.
