Wendy Epp

Professional Experience

With three decades of physiotherapy practice under her belt, Wendy has grown to know that her skills, aptitudes, and energy lie in helping people find ways to enjoy, remain and maximize movement and to participate in sport.

Wendy brings a wealth of experience in problem-solving, training principles for return to sport and physical activity, and advanced movement analysis. Wendy gained a breadth of orthopaedic and sport expertise while travelling internationally with the Olympic Canadian Freestyle Ski Team and World Class Professional Triathletes.

Personal Interests

As a former endurance, now masters athlete, and mother of two, Wendy identifies with many stages of life. Her unique approach to physical therapy assessments and treatments is informed by her personal interests; cycling and running alongside being a mother to two competitive hockey and baseball players.

Wendy values a combination of hands-on therapy, active rehabilitation and program design to guide her patients to their maximal potential.

  • IMS certified

  • GladTM Certified

  • Ortho Level 3

  • Clinical Faculty Instructor and TA for UBC Faculty of Medicine in Department of Physiotherapy and Family Practise Residents

  • 2002 & 2010 Canadian Winter Olympic Medical Team
