Alice Kennedy

Professional Experience

Alice’s journey as a lifelong athlete began as a ballet dancer, later transitioning to CrossFit while completing her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph. Today, her passion has evolved into long-distance running, hiking, surfing, and any activity that gets her outdoors and connecting with friends.

Alice brings over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, having worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for varsity athletes at the University of Guelph, a CrossFit coach, and with the NeuroFit program at YMCA Three Rivers in Guelph.

Through both personal experience and professional practice, Alice understands the vital role movement and exercise play in maintaining health, independence, and quality of life across the lifespan. As a physiotherapist, she takes an evidence-based and holistic approach to care, considering the whole person -not just the injury or area of pain.

Alice is passionate about empowering clients through individualized exercise, education, and collaborative goal-setting. Her treatment philosophy focuses on helping people move with confidence, reduce pain, and return to the activities that are most meaningful to them - whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.
